Bluemoon Quality and Training Event

The first Bluemoon Quality and Training Event was held at the Fownes Hotel, Worcester over 6-7 December 2006.

Agenda Wednesday 6 December

• You can check in to your room from 16:00hrs.
• 18:00hrs meet in the bar for a pre-dinner drink, and introductions.
• This will be followed by dinner in the hotel restaurant.

Agenda Thursday 7 December

• 9:00hrs Morning sessions on Marketing your agency, and using IT.
• 13:30hrs Afternoon session on Tracing. This is a not to be missed session given by Peter Heims, the leading expert in this field. We are very fortunate to have secured Peter at such short notice to give a 3 hour talk on tracing. It will start from the basics.
• 16:30 Summary of the QTE

The QTE is a free event for franchisees. It is an opportunity for new franchisees to meet the rest of the Bluemoon family, and is part of the Franchisee Professional Development programme.
